Because LCT Construction and Services has been specially trained by the manufacturer to install each roofing product, you’re entitled to complete manufacturer warranty coverage. Our roofing certifications and insurance ensure this coverage.

On the other hand, the installation of roofing materials by a contractor who is not certified may invalidate the warranty, leaving you high and dry if a problem occurs. LCT Construction and Services is fully committed to the practice of following manufacturer-recommended guidelines so that our customers may enjoy the benefits of a full manufacturer’s warranty.

This valuable instructional program covers topics such as good workmanship practices, asphalt composition shingle roof systems, estimating, flashing, ventilation, and product installation instructions for all of CertainTeed’s shingle products, ensuring our team members have the knowledge and techniques needed for proper roof system installation. Certifications we have attained and the required insurance provide the foundation for our expertise.
