Strip & replace the rear flat roof, including removal of three existing roofing layers and installation of 2″ insulation. Reworked approximately 1 square of rear shingles to properly flash the new rubber roofing underneath. Included chimney work, new shingles, replacement of 2 pipe boots, and necessary wood replacement.

Replaced approximately 100 LF of fascia with PVC. Reused existing gutters with all new brackets and hangers, and resealed gutter ends and corners. Replaced a 16-foot section of soffit. Removed existing chimney trim boards, caulked brick-to-siding transitions, installed new PVC trim, and completed necessary painting.
